Stone in Neck (SIN) Sign of Acute Cholecystitis

Always eval the GB neck - impacted stone-in-neck (SIN) is a sign of acute cholecystitis. Here, the stone is in blue with it's associated shadowing in red. SIN had a sn of 97% and a ppv of 93% in diagnosing chole in one study.
