Simple Liver Cyst on RUQ POCUS Epigastric pain after a meal, so a RUQ POCUS was performed. Gallbladder was fine, but this was seen in liver. It's nothing serious, just a simple liver cyst; well circumscribed, distinct boarders, anechoic fluid. Can be seen in up to 5% of the general population.
