Acute Appendicitis on POCUS (Linear Probe) 

30M with generalized abd pain for past day. Looks uncomfortable; exam w/ generalized abd ttp, more so in RLQ

Curved probe for FAST exam - showed some free fluid in the RLQ

Higher frequency (better definition) linear probe made the diagnosis - acute appendicitis
