Right shoulder pain case.  Diabetic male with nontraumatic shoulder pain.  No overlying wounds.  Decreased ROM.  Febrile/tachy. Curvilinear view.  Answer: Clostridial myonecrosis of deltoid muscle.  Note extensive air in muscle.
