Pneumoperitoneum from perforated duodenal ulcer on RUQ POCUS

Male with severe RUQ abdominal pain. Answer in thread. 
Answer: Pneumoperitoneum.  Patient had perforated duodenal ulcer. 
Look for pneumoperitoneum anterior to the liver where it would be separated from bowel as shown in the case.  Here would only have to worry about rare case of Chilaiditi syndrome causing confusion.   Pleural air would move with breathing.
