Bladder Air secondary to Colovesical Fistula on POCUS

40's male with fever, low abd pain, cloudy urine/bubbles.  Bldr sag clip. States bladder full.  
Answer: Sigmoid diverticulitis with diverticular abscess/colovesical fistula as source of air in bladder.
