Myositis Ossificans in vastus intermedius on POCUS after trauma - Transverse View

Young male with MMA injury 5 weeks ago.  Kicked to ant/med rt thigh.  Presents with increased pain/swelling.  Focused DVT scan performed-negative.  What is diagnosis? 
Answer: Myositis Ossificans in vastus intermedius.  Note the hypoechoic oval masses in muscle belly and peripheral calcifications with shadowing adjacent to femur.
