Is the urinary bladder full? Answer: Large rt ovarian cyst mimicking urinary bladder. Note Foley balloon-bldr decompressed. Also has fluid in cul-de-sacs. Don't confuse large midline ovarian cyst as bladder. Taken to OR. Ovarian torsion.
