 • Nodules, livedo, necrosis : involvement of smooth muscle wall vessels (medium-sized vessel)
Identification of causes in the context of cutaneous vasculitis
 • Cutaneous leukocytoclastic angiitis (40%)
 • Drug-induced vasculitis (20%)
 • Connective tissue disease (10%) : SLE +++
 • IgA vasculitis (10%)
 • Necrotizing vasculitis (5%): PAN > GPA, EGPA
 • Solid cancers/hemopathies (4%)
 • Cryoglobulinemia vasculitis (3%)
 • Infections (1-2%)
 • Other: IBD, sarcoidosis, .
