Aortitis - Diagnosis and Workup
Clinical History:
 - Fever, weight loss, deterioration of general health
 - Aortic valve regurgitation
 - Pain (back, chest, abdomen)
 - Arterial stenosis (pulseless, hypertension)
 - Symptoms depending on the cause
Infections: Syphilis, Mycobacterium, Pyogenic bacteria (Staphylococcus, Salmonella, ..), Fungal (rare)
Inflammatory diseases: Giant cell arteritis, Takayasu arteritis, Behqet, Cogan, IgG4-RD, Spondyloarthritis, IBD, Relapsing polychondritis, Erdheim-Chester
Drugs: Nivolumab, GM-CSF agonists
Idiopathic: Neoplasia or hemopathy
