Constrictive Pericarditis on POCUS Echocardiogram - Subcostal View

Young Lupus patient admitted to hospital new onset HFpEF. What do you see on this SC image that could pinpoint the cause?
New onset HFpEF case. Answer: patient has constrictive pericarditis. Note the septal bounce (vent. interdependence). Also has pericardial effusion/pericardial thickening. Lupus pericarditis in past.
Also had medial mitral annulus e' velocity >9 cm/s, plethoric IVC,restrictive inflow mitral velocity and hepatic vein criteria.
Hypertensive without RA/RV collapse. Had similar sized effusion one month ago-pt never followed up. Did have tap next day due to infectious concern. Septal bounce and other constrictive echo findings still present. Constrictive pericarditis-dx.
