Dilated Distal Common Bile Duct on POCUS

Male with RUQ abdominal pain for 2 days.  GB sag/trv below.  Neg Sonographic Murphy's. GB TRV meas- 4.84 cm trv.  Labs show elevated WBC, AST/ALT, Alk Phos, T Bili. 
Pancreas/Distal CBD TRV--note dilated distal CBD.  Answer: MULTIPLE stones in CBD(6+)(Yikes!)=choledocholithiasis.  ERCP/cholecystectomy.  Did well.  No pancreatitis or cholangitis.
