Thigh AV Fistula secondary to prior stab wound

ThrowbackSonoThursday-20+ years ago.  Male prox ant thigh pain, swelling. Stab wound 2 months ago-never treated.  Focused prox DVT negative. Sag over FA.  Diagnosis?
Answer: AV Fistula.
