Mesenteric adenitis on Abdominal POCUS Child with RLQ abd pain, low-grade fever. Answer: Mesenteric adenitis Initial study goal was to rule out appendicitis. Patient had multiple enlarged, tender lymph nodes in the RLQ. Appendix was normal.
