Mesenteric adenitis on Abdominal POCUS

Child with RLQ abd pain, low-grade fever.  
Answer: Mesenteric adenitis
Initial study goal was to rule out appendicitis.  Patient had multiple enlarged, tender lymph nodes in the RLQ.  Appendix was normal.  See attached image with arrows pointing to enlarged lymph nodes- https://twitter.com/RJonesSonoEM/st 
Can see increased Doppler flow on the one video.
