Small Bowel Obstruction on POCUS Ultrasound Presented for syncope with CK 300000, but history indicated 1 wk of vomiting. POCUS found: Dilated bowel loops seen with “to and fro” movement of the fluid content and particulate matter.– dysfunctional peristalsis.
