Uterine Perforation with complex free fluid on Transabdominal POCUS Sent from outside clinic where had D&C-preg termination 4 days ago. Now febrile, hypotensive. Notice large amount of complex free fluid in the pelvis and note the presence of rising gas bubbles (air in the wrong place!). Patient had uterine perforation along with small bowel involvement too. Uterus hypoechoic. Septic shock on arrival.
