Misplaced Foley inflated in the prostatic urethra on bladder pocus

Elderly male with suprapubic pain.  Visiting RN changed Foley yesterday.  Is draining urine but having significant pain. Misplaced Foley.  Balloon was inflated in the prostatic urethra.  Tip can be seen though in the urinary bladder.
