Hemopericardium on POCUS Echocardiogram - Subcostal View

Valentine's day. Shot through the heart--but not by Cupid. FAST exam done. No hemoperitoneum. Pericardial window. Diagnosis?
Answer: Hemopericardium. This was a young, healthy male. Even a small amount of pericardial fluid must raise concern. Transmediastinal GSW. Also on eFAST had hemothoraces and Left PTX.
