Hydronephrosis and Urinoma from Calyx Rupture on POCUS 1-year memory. Felt Rt flank pain to groin in AM while teaching u/s. End of day decided to scan myself when pain worsened. Found reason for pain. Self scan for win. See thread. Hydronephrosis on right (none of left) with fluid around kidney (urinoma) from suspected minor calyces rupture.
