Adrenal hematoma/hemorrhage on FAST exam

Adult male with RUQ/side pain after MVC. Transient prehospital hypotension.  Has femur fracture.  FAST exam done.  See Perihepatic image.  Diagnosis/differential? See thread.
Answer: Right adrenal hematoma/hemorrhage.  Note the relatively isoechoic, oval structure just cephalad to the right kidney (outlined in yellow).  No blush on CT scan. No other intra-abdominal injury on CT scan. No blush seen. Non-op.
