Pelvic Kidney on POCUS

G1P0 female with VB/cramping.  Vitals stable.  Mass palpable on physical exam-right/cephalad to uterus.  See Thread.  Sag image below.
Answer: Pelvic Kidney.  In pre-ultrasound era, this "pelvic mass" could have lead to surgical intervention.
