Cremasteric Reflex
The cremasteric reflex is elicited by stroking the inner part of the thigh, causing the cremaster muscle to contract and pull the ipsilateral testicle upwards toward the inguinal canal. It is simply graded as present or absent. The cremasteric reflex is typically absent in testicular torsion, however it is not 100% sensitive or specific.
