Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy on POCUS Echocardiogram

50's male CAP on Day 4 Zpak but worsening-fever, congestion, cough. BP stable. WBC 23K. Hx-HTN on 100mg Toprol xl/25 mg HCTZ. ECG Trop I 1.13. What next? See Thread.
Why--POCUS of course! Apical 4 below. Apical 2 next. What now? Treat for sepsis only? Medical ACS plus sepsis? Cath plus sepsis? Patient has chest "congestion" and pain with coughing. No prior cath but exercise echo stress test 2 yrs ago neg to 8 METS.
Echo has akinesia of entire mid and apical LV (hypokinesia of base present). Note akinesia apical side of red line in LV. Findings consistent with Takotsubo. So just treat as sepsis?
