Pregnant woman (about 8 weeks by dates but no prenatal care yet) presents with severe sudden right adnexal pain. Vitals stable. Do you see the pathology?
Answer: Right distal ureteral stone. See labeled image. Based on severe sudden pain thinking ectopic, ruptured cyst or torsion initially. Came out with diagnosis of ureteral stone with POCUS. Additionally, not shown but patient had mild right hydronephrosis.
