Distal Ureteral Stone Pregnant woman (about 8 weeks by dates but no prenatal care yet) presents with severe sudden right adnexal pain. Vitals stable. Do you see the pathology? Answer: Right distal ureteral stone. See labeled image. Based on severe sudden pain thinking ectopic, ruptured cyst or torsion initially. Came out with diagnosis of ureteral stone with POCUS.
