LVOTO due to SAM on POCUS Echocardiogram

Septic patient after IV fluids and initiation of Levophed. Worsening hypotension.  PSLA shown. Diagnosis? Management? 
Answer: Dynamic LVOTO due to SAM. Patient given additional IV fluids and Beta blockers. Repeat PSLA. Vitals improved.  Consider this in patients with worsening hemodynamics after pressors.
