Features ATLL:
 - Integrated HTLV-I virus
 - Frequently presents in acute leukemic form
 - Treacherous when presents in chronic, smoldering or lymphomatous; may mimic other more common T-cell lymphomas!
 - Characterized by wide morphologic and immunophenotypic spectrum
   - No specific morphologic, immunophenotypic or molecular genetic features
