Features of iT-LBP:
 - May be seen in association with other malignancies (e.g. carcinoma, follicular
dendritic cell sarcoma, angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma)
 - Immunophenotypic similarities to T-lymphoblastic lymphoma
 - Groups of TdT+ T-cells without morphologic atypia
 - Nonclonal
 - Indolent, does not require treatment
