Watchman Occluder Thrombus on Echocardiogram 83yo frail lady with LAA occlusion due to GI bleeding and AF many years ago. I also first thought it might be something else than just a thrombus. However, it seems to be a huge thrombus, attached to the Watchman Occluder.
