In parkinsonian patients, distal dystonic phenomena, mainly in the hands and feet, can occur and are called striatal hand / foot. In the case of the hands, as in the post video, we have adduction of the thumb, flexion of the metacarpophalangeal joints and hyperextension of the interphalangeal joints.
