Normal prominent medullary pyramids on renal POCUS
No hydronephrosis. Has prominent medullary pyramids. They can appear markedly hypoechoic (labeled m in image) and easily confused as hydro by novice scanners. Note how they taper toward renal pelvis. Recognize this normal finding. Patient had similar findings on left.
