• Slipped capital femoral epiphysis

• Superior gluteal nerve damage (L4, L5, S1)

Activity/ Trauma
• Strains/ tears of gluteus medius / minimus
• Greater Trochanter Fracture
• Hip dislocation
Iatrogenic
• Hip surgery
Trendelenburg Gait
• Compensatory muscular dysfunction around the hip
• Degeneration of the hip joints
• Decr ROM in hip abduction and medial rotation
• Sacroiliac Joint Pain
• Valgus position of knee due to laterally displaced weight over the hip
