Intermediate Risk:
 • Vascular – peripheral, endovascular repair
 • Head/neck
 • Nephrological / Urological
 • Hip, spine – majority
High Risk:
 • Vascular – larger vessel
 • Cardiopulmonary
 • GI – emergent
 • Adrenals
