Main Lung Ultrasound differences between COVID-19 involvement and other conditions that may yield respiratory symptoms
• B-lines, Pleural line - Patchy, non-gravity related distribution, Separated and more often coalescent, Very defined spared areas, Light beam
• Consolidations, Pleural effusion - Usually small peripheral consolidations, Larger consolidations in more advanced phases or with superimposed bacterial pneumonia. Large pleural effusion rare, Trivial localized pleural effusion in the context of more deaerated areas
