POCUS of a bladder demonstrating emphysematous cystitis. 

Note the reverberation artifact with dirty shadowing in the anterior and posterior bladder walls. Causative organism is  typically E. coli or Klebsiella.

For novices remember, Tricky to differentiate from just air in the bladder if pt has recently been cathed
