 • Acute sinusitis 7 days
 • Acute sore throat 10 days
 • Acute cough and bronchitis 5 days
 • Community acquired pneumonia and CRB65=0 7 days
 • Community acquired pneumonia and CRB65=1 7-10 days
 • Acute exacerbation of COPD 5 days
 • Acute otitis media 5 days
 • Acute cystitis: non-pregnant females 3 days
 • Acute cystitis: males 7 days
 • Acute prostatitis 28 days
 • Pyelonephritis 7 days, except coamoxiclav, which is 14 days
 • Cellulitis 7 days, and continue for further 7 days if slow response
 • Impetigo 7 days
 • Scarlet fever 10 days*
 • Gastroenteritis 5-7 days
