 • Serum: ↑ Ca2+, ↑ PO4- 
PTH:
 • Bones: ↑ Bone resorption (↑ Ca2+ and ↑ PO4- release)
 • Kidneys: ↑ Ca2+ reabsorption, ↓ PO4- reabsorption
 • Serum: ↑ Ca2+, ↓ PO4- 
Calcitonin:
 • Bones: ↓ Bone resorption (↓ Ca2+ and ↑ PO4- release)
 • GI Tract: ↓ Ca2+ absorption
 • Kidneys: ↑ Ca2+ reabsorption, PO4- reabsorption
 • Serum: ↓ Ca2+, ↓ PO4-
