Subclavian steal syndrome (SSS) 
Subclavian artery narrowing or oclussion near the proximal portion of the vertebral artery → Hypoperfusion distal to oclussion → compensation by contralateral subclavian circulation→ contralateral vertebral artery → ipsilateral vertebral artery → ipsilateral subclavian artery
Clinical presentation (SSS)
1️⃣ Ischemia upper limb: on exertion, pain, paresthesia, cool skin, claudication, disparity in blood pressure
2️⃣ Neurologic symptoms: dizziness, vertigo, diplopia
