 • Infection ( Hepatitis B, C, Syphilis, Parasites, others)
 • Neoplasms ( Commonly adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma)
 • Drugs (penicillamine, Anti-TNF therapy, NSAlDs, Gold )
 • Autoimmune (Lupus, Sjogren syndrome, lgG4 related membranous nephropathy)
 • Transplant (Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation)
