• ß2-receptor antagonists
• Aldosterone blockers
• Cardiac glycosides
• High acute iatrogenic K+ load
• Increased dietary intake
• Blood transfusion
• Error of injection
Decreased K+ Elimination:
• AKI
• Hypovolemia
• RAAS inhibitor
• Calcineurin inhibitor
• Cardiac glycosides
• Aldosterone blockers
