Answer: Calcific uremic arteriolopathy (calciphylaxis) - clinical syndrome of arteriolar calcification -> tissue necrosis, most commonly seen in patients with ESKD. Note necrotic lesions on the fingers + extensive vascular calcifications visible on the plain radiograph.
