Cheyne-Stokes Respirations

What eponymous respiratory pattern do you observe in this patient? What eponymous jugular venous pulse finding is (not coincidentally) also present? Amazing what can be seen when we take the time to look.

Cheyne-Stokes respirations, caused by HF (from IE). Lancisi's (CV fusion) is also present. Corrigan's (bounding carotid) and frog sign (cannon a) are great thoughts. If you look closely, there is a slight rise in the pulse during inspiration (Kussmaul's) confirming venous origin.
