Post-COVID-19 Pulmonary Fibrosis

How often are you seeing post-covid19 pulmonary fibrosis? Below: progressive dyspnea & low SpO2 developed *after* acute COVID19 symptoms were over. No resp. support used during the acute phase but now, 1mo PSO, the pt is O2 dependent!
The pt had no limitations before covid19. Covid19 was mild (she stayed at home). After she recovered from it, she started w progressive dyspnea and that is what led her to seek for care.
