Malignant Hyperthermia is a very rare, but life-threatening condition that can occur after using certain anesthetic agents such as succinylcholine or other volatile anesthetic drugs. When it does occur, the anesthesiologist must recognize the condition and act quickly to stabilize the patient and save their life.
