Age of Ossification of Carpal Bones
Capitate - 1 Month
Hamate - 2 Months
Triquetral - 3 Years
Lunate - 4 Years
Scaphoid - 5 Years
Trapezoid - 6 Years
Trapezium - 6 Years
Pisiform - 12 Years

Not the most accurate, but the 1-2-3-4-5-6-6-12 rule helps me remember the age of ossification of the carpal bones!
A memory aid for the sequence: Looking from the VOLAR ASPECT, for the LEFT hand it is clockwise and anti-clockwise for the RIGHT hand.
