 • Class II, 66 - 85 points - 1.7-3.5% mortality
 • Class Ill, 86 - 105 points - 3.2-7.1% mortality
 • Class IV, 106 - 125 points - 4.0-11.4% mortality
 • Class V, >125 points - 10.0-23.9% mortality
