Cardiac Standstill on Intra-Arrest POCUS Intra-arrest echo check. Came with mechanical CPR device. Has anyone seen thrombus in the LV with mechanical compression devices? Fantastic clip. Looks most consistent with hypertrophic LV in standstill with stagnant blood.
