Metastatic Sarcoma causing Cardiac Tamponade on POCUS This 50 yo man had an aggressive sarcoma with cardiac and pulmonary involvement. P/w respiratory failure. Echo shows evidence of tamponade - RV and RA compression BUT it was from a large fluid filled mediastinal mass. Surgery was not an option, he was transitioned to hospice Dr. Michael I.
