Dilated Extra-Renal Pelvis on POCUS
Patient with simple renal cyst but also with impressively dilated extra renal pelvis. One this large shouldn't be confused with hydronephrosis but have seen ones that are less dilated that look like hydro. Scanning in 2 planes helpful. Found incidentally on FAST exam.
