Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (EGPA) - ANCA Vasculitis Management Algorithm - ACR/VF 2021 Guidelines
• Active Severe → Pulse IV or High-Dose Daily Oral GC CYC or RTX
• Active Non-severe → Options in Order of Preference (Can consider GC alone in select pts):
1) GC + MEP
2) GC + MTX, GC + AZA, or GC + MMF
3) GC+RTX
