ANCA-Associated Vasculitis
There are many definitions, but most come down to the presence of granulomas (pathologically or clinically) and asthma/eosinophils
No granulomatous inflammation:
 • Microscopic Polyangiitis
Granulomatous Inflammation:
 • No Asthma and Eosinophilia - Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA)
 • Both asthma and eosinophilia (>1500 and/or 10%) - Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (eGPA)
